Public Safety - I strongly support our first responders, including our local law enforcement officers, county sheriff’s deputies, and firefighters. As a city council member, I will work with law enforcement to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs and keep our community safe. This includes enforcing local ordinances that discourage homeless encampments on public lands and private property. I was proud to receive endorsements from the Livermore Police Officers Association and Alameda County Sheriff Gregory Ahern for my strong support of law enforcement.
Community - I’ve been a part of this community for over 30 years. When elected to the Livermore City Council, I will work to ensure this city continues to celebrate its rich history while responsibly planning for its future. We all know there’s something special about Livermore that makes it uniquely different than the rest of the Bay Area. It’s a place where neighbors help each other with a strong sense of community, especially with our recent fires. As a city council member, I will also hold community forums to ensure I hear directly from you, (the community), - so that the hardworking families who call this city home. I want to ensure I know what’s on your mind and hear what suggestions you have to make our community stronger. I am proud to have received the endorsement of Livermore City Council Member Bob Coomber, who is a strong advocate for our community.
